Tip of the Week
If you plan on starting your own restaurant, or just managing someone else's restaurant, a degree in restaurant management should be at the top of your priority list. An Associate's Degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management could be one of those degrees to help get you started on your road to success. Some other degree programs available through a New York culinary school are: a Bachelor's in Hospitality and Restaurant Management and also an Associate's Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. Keep in mind that first-hand experience in a restaurant or kitchen is also necessary.
